General Director

Robert joined the team in 2008, going through all the stages which an ASP Romania employee can cover: from Collection Officer in the Soft Collection department, to Team Leader of the Enforcement Department, Project Manager and Director of the Corporate Recovery Department and, lately, Deputy General Director before becoming General Director. As a graduate of the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest, he has specialized in Public Administration during a Master's degree program at the Police Academy in Bucharest.

Ana started her career in debt collection more than 10 years ago, working for EFG Retail Services, Bancpost or EOS KSI. She joined the APS Holding Investments team based in Bucharest in September 2013, and two years later she accepted a new professional opportunity by becoming the Chief Operating Officer of APS Romania. Ana graduated the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers of Politehnica University of Bucharest and the Master of Science in Banking Management of Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Laurentiu joined APS Romania in September 2015 as Director of Audit Department, having an experience of over eight years in the financial-banking activity such as Internal Audit areas, Risk Management, Accounting or Sales. In 2008, Laurentiu graduated in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Markets within the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest.

Daniela has over 20 years of experience in the field of banking and finance, after having held various positions at Credit Cooperatist BANKCOOP Bank, at Daewoo Romania Bank (subsequently the C.R. Firenze Romania Bank) and Auto Trading Leasing IFN (later Asset Leasing). Subsequently to the acquisition of the latter (Asset Leasing) by APS Romania, in March 2013, Daniela joined the team as Chief Financial Officer. As a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking within the Academy of Economic Studies and Master of International Accountancy program at the same institution, Daniela has obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant of CECCAR (Body of Experts and Licensed Accountants of Romania), and is currently attending the courses of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Elena is part of APS Romania since 2013, when she joined the Corporate Recovery team as Case Manager. After delivering great results she was promoted to the Project Manager position, and starting January 2017 she was named the new Director of all Corporate Recovery departments of APS Romania.

She graduated the Public Administration specialization at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest and she gathered a professional experience of over 10 years in the debt recovery industry by working, besides APS Romania, in companies like Telekom and Raiffeisen Bank.

Retail Recovery Director

Alena Bobaru started her career in debt recovery almost 10 years ago, joining the APS Romania team as Collection Officer. After a short period of time, she was transfered to the Enforcement Recovery department, were she worked as Back Officer, then as Team Leader and Head of Department. Starting February 2016, she is the new Director of Retail Recovery of the company.

In 2008, she graduated the Public Administration specialization at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest, choosing to major the Master’s Program of the same faculty.

VB Romania closed sale of half a billion Euros of NPL

A non-performing portfolio of secured loans with a volume of EUR 495 million has been sold to an international investors consortium. First transaction of its kind on the Romanian market will allow other banks to follow.

APS Holding Buys MKB's Debt Collection Company

MKB Bank, the Hungarian group that sold Nextebank to investment manager Axxess Capital this spring, has completely left Romania, following the sale of Corporate Recovery Management to APS Holding last month.
